Admission Procedure of Senior College for Year 2022-23 Admission Procedure of Junior College Student passing XII (HSC) or its equivalent examination is eligible for admission to the respective faculty. Student seeking admission to this college will have to submit duly filled admission from along with the required fees, on the specified date. Following documents must be produced with the admission form: Statement of marks of the latest examination ( one attested true copy ) School leaving certificate / Transference Certificate (Original + Two attested copies.) Necessary documents such as scholarship / fee concession form etc. Student seeking admission to first year will have to apply for the University Eligibility Certificate along with necessary fees. Every student seeking admission to the first year will have to undergo medical check up by the authorized medical officer.The application for eligibility certificate will be sent to the University only after the medical certificate is produced. Student from other University will have to submit the following document. Migration Certificate Character Certificate Passing Certificate Statements of marks Attendance Certificate. Necessary fees shall be paid along with the duly filled admission form accompanied with the required documents ( original & attested true copies ) Students will be admitted provisionally & the admission will be confirmed only on the receipt of eligibility certificate from the University After seeking admission student should procure the Identity Card duly signed by the college authority. Identity Card should be produced by the student, whenever demanded by the college authority. I card is must in the College campus Admission to all classes is strictly on merit basis. Courses run by the college at junior level XI & XII Arts, Commerce & Science Eligibility For XI: S.S.C. passed from State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education. For XII: XIth or equivalent Examination passed from any recognized Higher Secondary School or College. Documents Required for Admission X/XI passed mark sheets with attested true copies. School Leaving Certificate in original with attested true copies. Two copies of recent passport size photographs. Migration Certification in case of students out of Maharashtra. Caste Certificate ( B.C., S.C., N.T., V.J., O.B.C., S.T.,) Two true copies of all the documents to be submitted. Scholarship / Free ship Application form. Students eligible for free ship or Scholarship should open an account at the NDCC Bank, Pavan Nagar. The account number should be submitted to the college office along with the scholarship forms.
